Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy , meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Conditions for a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused , with tags attached and in its original packaging . You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase .

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned to us without a prior return request cannot be accepted .

Damage and problems

Please check your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can investigate and resolve the problem.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned , including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards .

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to first return the item you wish to return.
Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Right of withdrawal in the European Union (14 days)

Notwithstanding the above provisions, customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason .
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging – and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase .


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved .
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method within 10 working days .

Please note that depending on the bank or credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
