Return Policy (30 Days)

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be in the same condition as when you received it
be unworn or unused
be returned with tags and in its original packaging

Items returned without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping & Costs

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address via email.

A return label is not provided free of charge unless there is a verifiable error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Damage & Problems

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from returns:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom-made or personalized products
Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item in accordance with our return policy.

Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Direct exchanges are only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

Right of Withdrawal in the European Union (14 Days)

Regardless of the 30-day return policy, customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

The item must be in the same condition as when it was received (unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging).

Proof of purchase is required.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, even in the case of a return, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
