Right of withdrawal – Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason .
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods .

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory .

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient if you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires .

Free exchange

We offer you a free exchange .
To do this, select "Exchange" as the reason for return in the returns portal.

Full return

If you wish to return the entire item, please state the reason for the return .
Once we have received your package, we will refund you the amount minus the return shipping costs :

  • €4.95 within Germany

  • €9.95 from Austria and Switzerland

Please note: If you are returning part of a promotional or special offer (e.g., "Buy two, get two free"), the free items must also be sent along to receive a full refund.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments in accordance with our terms and conditions no later than 20 working days after we have demonstrably received the returned item.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
You will not incur any fees for this refund.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay , but no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period .
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

  • Contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods .

Special notes

If you finance this contract with a loan and later cancel it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both contracts constitute a single economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if the lender has used our services in the financing.
